NOTIFICATION FOR ADMISSION TO POST GRADUATE
COURSES/PROGRAMMES  




For All the Students who want to take admission in the Rajsathan University Post Graduation Programmes will have to take a look at the Notification Released by university of Rajsathan.

(i)Admission  to  Post  Graduate  Courses/Programmes  of  all  the  PG
Departments  of  the  University  of  Rajasthan,  Jaipur  shall be made on the basis of Entrance Test and Academic
Merit of qualifying Examination.


(ii)In the First Step of admission to Post Graduate Courses/Pro
grammes, the candidates  will  be  required  to  submit  online  Application  Form for University of Rajasthan Admission Test for Post Graduate Courses (URATPG).
 

(iii)The  dates  of  submitting  online  applications  for  URATPG-2015  are  as

(vii)With the help of token number obtained from E-Mitra, after depositing the
fee,  the  candidate  shall  generate  and  submit  Entrance  Test  (URATPG-2015)   Application   Form   through   the   University   website http://uniraj.edu.in
 

(viiiThe applicants are NOT required to deposit the hard copy of th
e online application  form.  However,  they  may  keep  the  hard  copy  of  the application form for their own reference
 

(ix)Admit Card/Time Table/Allotment of Centres will be made available on 
the University website w.e.f. 12th June, 2015.
 

(x)Entrance Test URATPG-2015 for all the subjects will be held from 22ndJune, 2015 to 27th June, 2015.
(xi)Answer Key of all the subjects will be displayed on the University website on29thJune, 2015.
(xii)Grievances from the applicants related to answer key will be accepted up to 1st July, 2015 by 5.00 P.M.

(xiii)Declaration of final results of URATPG-2015 will be made on 4thJuly, 2015.
(xiv)In  the  second  step  of  admission  to  Post  Graduate  Programmes after
declaration of URATPG-2015 results, the candidate shall be required to generate Admission Form for the Test Subject related Programmes from the University website http://uniraj.edu.in

Ans.   The entrance test shall have 70 objective type questions carrying one (1)
mark each for each subject/programme; out of these 70 questions, 60
questions of the concerned subject/programme within the no

syllabus (available on the website of the University for all under
graduate subjects/programme) + 10 questions on General Awareness
(including General Knowledge, Mental Ability & Basic English).

Each candidate shall ensure that he/she fulfils the Eligibility Cr

Ans.   After depositing of the requisite Entrance Test fee throu

help of this TOKEN NUMBER, the candidate will fill the requisite
information asked through online form. After completion of t

the Centre for Entrance Test (URATPG-2015) and Roll number will be
allocated  on  admission  card  which  can  be  downloaded  from
University website w.e.f. 15

The University of Delhi hereby notifies the following guidelines of admission to be followed for admission to the Four Year Undergraduate Programmes (FYUP) in the Regular Colleges for the academic session 2014-2015:
Guidelines
  1. All the candidates interested in seeking admission in undergraduate courses in Delhi University are required to fill the pre-admission form either online or offline for all categories (General/OBC/SC/ST/PwD).  This is mandatory for all candidates.  There will be no pre-admission at the college level.
  2. The candidates are allowed to fill only one common pre-admission form either online or offline.
  3. The college is free to publish its prospectus which may provide information regarding the college, the courses offered and the number of seats in each course, fee structure, Extra Curricular Activities etc. No forms of any nature, pre-admission as well as admission, shall be included in the prospectus or sold/provided with the prospectus or otherwise before the announcement of cut-off lists.
  4. There shall be no ‘Additional Eligibility Criterion’ for any category in any college/course.
  5. The colleges who wish to give specific advantage to girl students in any course must inform the office of Dean, Students’ Welfare and take prior permission.  This may be published in the University's Information Bulletin, displayed on the University web-site and college web-site. Colleges are not permitted to change this criteria at any stage during the entire admission process.

General Information
A.     The admission is made on the basis of the JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (MAINS) conducted by the CBSE provided the candidates are otherwise eligible for admission to the Institution in terms of the eligibility conditions imposed by Punjab University .  The candidates who do not qualify JEE (MAINS) Paper II, shall not be considered for admission to B.Arch.  Five-year Degree Course.  For detailed information about the course and the Institution, the applicants are advised to consult the college. The total intake of students is limited to 40 seats including five (5) seats reserved by Govt. of India for nominees of States/U.T.�s deficient in technical education facilities.

Seat for Kashmiri Migrants
A candidate seeking admission against Kashmiri Migrant reserved seat is required to produce a certificate, from the Deputy Commissioner/Relief Commissioner of the concerned district, to the effect that he/she belongs to a migrant family from Jammu & Kashmir.  The admission of a candidate against this category will be provisional, subject to the verification of his/her above mentioned certificate by the issuing authority.
 Seat for the wards of Direct Descendents of Kargil Martyrs
Within total sanctioned intake of 40 seats, one seat has been created by the Chandigarh Administration for wards of Direct Descendents of the Kargil Martyrs vide No.19/1/3-IH(3)-2007/19947 dated 5.10.2007.  This seat does not belong to any specific quota (State/All India) and shall be filled in by the eligible candidate on the basis of the eligibility criteria and combined merit list drawn by CBSE on the basis of AIEEE-2010.
A candidate seeking admission against this reserved seat is required to produce a valid certificate, from the Ministry of Defence to the effect that he/she is a ward of Direct Descendents of Kargil Martyrs.  The admission of a candidate against this category will be provisional, subject to the verification of his/her above-mentioned certificate by the issuing authority.
 Eligibility Criteria for Nominees from Deficient States/UTs           
The beneficiary States/UTs shall nominate the candidates either on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination (10+2) or on the basis of an Entrance Test conducted by the beneficiary State/UT.  The condition of having obtained at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination will be observed if the nomination is made on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination alone, but in case of an Entrance Test forming the basis of nomination, no minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination will be insisted upon and mere pass in the qualifying examination will be considered enough.          In respect of SC/ST candidates, the condition of having obtained at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination is not applicable.  However, they must have passed the qualifying examination in a single sitting.

NOTE:   If any seat under this category remains unfilled, it cannot be shifted to any other category.
Important Notes:

THE PROCEDURE/GUIDELINES FOR FILLING UP OF SEATS UNDER RESERVED CATEGORIES ARE COMMON WITH THE PUNJAB ENGGINEERING COLLEGE, CHANDIGARH AND THE SAME ARE ALSO APPLICABLE TO CHANDIGARH COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE.

NOTE:  
1.       Financial assistance is available for meritorious students belonging to SC category under a scheme introduced by the Chandigarh Administration (Please refer to concerned page for the details of the scheme).
2.         Vide Chandigarh Administration Memo.No.89-IH(2)-2010/3865 dated 3.3.2010, assistance in the form of full fee waiver to (i) one woman candidate, (ii) two economically weaker students (annual income of parents/guardians less than Rs.2.50 lakhs from all sources)  and (iii) one physically handicapped student, based on merit, shall be available from the session 2010-2011 onwards.   In case non availability of student/s in a specific category as mentioned above, the fee waiver shall be given to any other candidate, according to merit.
3.      Adjustment/refund of exact amount of fee will be made by the Institute subsequent to admission and joining the class.
