UNION .

DATE :- 6th ,7th and 8th FEBRUARY
GENERAL
RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS
1. All paricipants who are regular
students of participating universities must bring their identity cards.
2.A running shield will be awarded to the team which
scores highest oints in the festival.
3.Total number of the participants from one university
shall not exceed 25.
Rules For Events
a. DEBATES: HINDI ENGLISH (EXTEMPORE)
1. Two participants from each institution will be allowed ,
one for the motion and other against the motion.
2.Five minutes will be given to each speaker.
3. A running shied named"INTERNATIONAL DEBATE
COMPITION SHIELD" shall
awarded.
b.POETRY RECITATION (HINDI ENGLISH AND URDU)
1. Each university can send only two enteris in each event.
2. the duration shall be of five minutes.
c. ONE ACT PLAY
1. Only one entry will be allwed from each university.
2. the one act will be of thirty minutes duration.
d. FANCY DRESS
1. Each university can send two enteries.
2. Duration of time will be of three minutes.
3. No dialogue will be spoken by the competitor.
